Piesmiths is an independent, husband-and-wife pie company based at Wellington Yard in Liverpool. Every pie is handmade from scratch in our production kitchen using quality ingredients, proper pastry and slow-cooked fillings inspired by classic British comfort food and flavours from around the world.
What started as a passion for cooking has grown into an award-winning business supplying pubs, markets, weddings, festivals and local customers across the region. Whether it’s our British Pie Award-winning Steak & Ale, Lamb Scouse or one of our seasonal specials, our aim is simple: make really nice pies that people genuinely look forward to eating.
